This is a bright fully furnished 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment with high ceilings. It is located on the 5th floor of a charming townhouse between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue. About 500 square feet, this bright one bedroom apartment has several windows and is facing the street.

You enter the apartment through a hallway with 4 closets. On the right side of the entrance, there is a full tiled bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, a sink, a shelve and a mirrored medicine cabinet.
Next to the bathroom, in front of the hallway, there is a living room. The living room has two large windows providing a lot of light, exposed bricks, a wooden floor and a fireplace and is furnished with a leather sofa, a leather armchair, a large coffee table, a dining table with two chairs and a TV. On the right side of the living room there is an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a microwave, a stove and an oven and there is cookware and dining ware available.
At the left side of the living room, a door leads you to the bedroom. The bedroom has a wooden floor and one large window and is furnished with one queen size bed, a bedside table with a light and one large closet.

Transportation: B and C trains run at 96th Street and Central Park West and the 1, 2 and 3 trains run between 96th Street and Broadway about ten minutes walking distance from the apartment.

Neighborhood: this townhouse building is located in the Upper West Side, about three minutes walking distance from Central Park. The Upper West Side is a neighborhood of the borough of Manhattan in New York City that is located between Central Park and the Hudson River above West 59th Street up to 125th Street. The Upper West Side is primarily a residential and shopping area with many restaurants and bars. The famous Lincoln Center and the American Museum of Natural History are only a few train stops away.
