The bedroom has a wooden floor, a window and an open built-in shelved closet and is furnished with three chairs, a desk and a full size bed. The full tiled bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a sink and a bathtub with shower. The kitchen has a tiled floor and is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a microwave, a stove, an oven, and a sink. There is cookware available, dining ware, a coffee maker, a toaster and other kitchen utensils.
Transportation: B and C trains run at 86th Street Station / Central Park West, three blocks from the building.
Neighborhood: Supermarket, pharmacy, bank, laundromat are nearby. Amsterdam Avenue from 67th Street up to 96th Street is lined is the main street where most of the amenities and especially restaurants and bars are located. This building is positioned close to Central Park, in the area known as the Upper West Side. Wealthy residents who primarily occupy this area, live next to middle class residents. This area is home to Lincoln Center, the dinosaur-filled American Museum of Natural History and Rose Center for Earth and Space, the Children's Museum of Manhattan and the New-York Historical Society.
