This one bedroom/one bathroom apartment about 550 square feet is located on the first floor of a Townhouse located on 35th Street between Second Avenue and Third Avenue.
You enter the apartment through a hallway leading to the air-conditioned living room. It has beige painted walls, hard wood floor, a closet, a fireplace and two windows facing the back of the building providing a lot of light. This room is furnished with a light green full size sofa bed, a coffee table, a dining table with four chairs, a cable TV, a standing lamp and a large mirror.
The open kitchen is equipped with a sink, a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, cupboards and dishes.
The air-conditioned bedroom has a window and a small built in closet. It is furnished with a dresser, a mirror, a desk and a chair.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a bathtub with shower, a toilet and a mirrored medicine cabinet.
Transportation: 6 train on 33rd Street and Park Avenue.
Neighborhood:
Very convenient location. The area is known as Murray hill, extending south from 42nd street to meet the neighborhood of Gramercy Park at 29th Street.
On Third Avenue you can find some lovely restaurants, a few bars, delis and grocery stores
Four blocks from the EMPIRE STATE building. Macy's, the biggest department store is few blocks away from the apartment.

(try their lunch special for $25, pure French tradition) a cheese lovers place.

(my favorite half block from the apartment, for $9.99 lunch special you get one main course and one entry, between the "babaghanoush" the "tamara" or the "homous" to start kebab chicken or lamb and much more served with rice and salad...)
